Terms and Conditions

1. The Partnership

By selecting a Growth Set package (Launchpad, Accelerator, or Enterprise), you are entering into a strategic partnership. Traction Labs agrees to provide digital product design, technical setup, and launch strategy in exchange for an upfront fee and a percentage of the gross revenue.

2. Fees and Revenue Share

• Upfront Payment: A one-time commitment fee is required to begin the project. This covers the initial costs of production and research.
• Profit Split: Revenue generated from the product will be split according to your chosen tier (60/40, 70/30, or 75/25).
• Payouts: Creator shares are calculated after third-party transaction fees (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) and are paid out on a Monthly basis.

3. Intellectual Property

• The Brand: The Creator retains 100% ownership of their name, likeness, and existing audience.
• The Product: Traction Labs retains ownership of the technical build, code, and specific design templates used. The Creator is granted an exclusive license to market and sell the product for the duration of the partnership.

4. Creator Responsibilities

The success of the product depends on the Creator’s engagement. The Creator agrees to:

• Provide necessary brand assets and feedback in a timely manner.
• Execute the agreed-upon promotion strategy across their social channels.

5. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 Days written notice. Upon termination, the product will be taken offline, and any outstanding revenue shares will be settled. The upfront fee is non-refundable upon termination.

6. Liability

Traction Labs provides the platform and design "as is." While we strive for maximum growth, we do not guarantee specific sales figures or income levels, as results depend heavily on audience engagement.
