Returns & Refund Policy
1. Digital Product Nature
Due to the bespoke nature of our digital products and the immediate access to design assets, all sales are final. Once the design process has commenced or digital files have been delivered, we do not offer returns or traditional "refunds."
2. Upfront Commitment Fees
The upfront fee (£100, £200, or £250) covers the initial labor, market research, and technical setup required to build your product. This fee is non-refundable once the initial Discovery Session or design work has started.
3. Partnership Dissolution
If you wish to terminate the partnership before a product is launched, you may do so at any time. However, any upfront fees paid will be retained by the agency to cover costs incurred.
4. Technical Issues
If a customer experiences a technical fault with a digital product we have built, we are committed to fixing the issue within 72 Hrs. Our goal is a seamless experience for your audience.
5. Creative Satisfaction
We offer 2 rounds of revisions during the design phase to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with your brand before it goes live.
